Prorata Billing & Renew Date

*For Subscriber who signs up for a monthly payment plan for dedicated hosting, the monthly billing date is the first day of the month, which means Subscriber should be charged the use fee of the current month if Subscriber purchases the Service before the 20th of the month, and if the purchase day falls after the 20th of the month Subscriber will be charged the fee of the current month in addition to a full month payment of the next month.

**Dedicated hosting Subscriber shall renew his/her account for the hosting fees of the next month three days before the billing date, or else HostEase will require SoftLayer to cease the server the Subscriber purchases 48 hours before the expiration of the said account. In that way the server will be cancelled as soon as the expiration comes true.
