From the day I began to do the job and came into contact with the customers, I find domain transfer is a comparatively complex issue. I think it is more complicated than SSL certificate installation. And even there are customers who did not compete the transfer of their domain in 2-3 months.<\/p>\n

There are several reasons for the failure of transfer:<\/p>\n

  1. The domain has enabled the ID protection, so he can not receive the transfer confirmation email.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Solution: send email to the customer and ask him to disable the setting. And then initiate the transfer again.<\/p>\n

      Solution: ask for the correct EPP code and then initiate the transfer with the right code.<\/p>\n

So the customer service must pay attention to this kind of emails. As soon as they receive one, they should analyze the specific situation and and solve the problem with his experience.
