No. The 72-hour window refers to initiating the disaster rebuild process. Final recovery time depends on whether the original provider supports IPMI image mounting, plus server performance, data size, and transfer conditions.
Can this replace all other backups?
We recommend using more than one backup method for critical systems, such as server backup, offsite backup, and key data exports.
