Look! Who is coming? White beard, red suit, black belt and with a bag of toys, he is in a sledge which is pulled by a team of flying reindeer. Just like a bright star, he’s flying to us from the beautiful sky. Yeah, it’s Santa Claus.
All people love Santa Claus because he’s an amiable old man. As you know, he always gets into houses down from the chimney at midnight and places presents in children’s socks. How lovely it is! Maybe he not only puts (the) presents into socks, but also joys and hopes. None of us have ever seen him, but we’re still glad to believe that he would come on Christmas Eve.
No doubt Christmas is a most important festival in my country. Almost after Thanksgiving Day, Christmas season begins. In streets and shops, shopping centre speaker will play Christmas carols over and over. Most shops have Christmas tree which is decorated with colorful electric lights and Christmas ornaments. All in all, everywhere is full of joy.
I love Christmas, just like anyone else. It’s a nice time to share our joys and wishes with our families and friends. Listen, hang your wishes on Christmas tree, maybe it would come true one day. Seriously, Christmas has the magic!
