HostEase informs customers that Alipay will undergo scheduled maintenance from July 15th 23:30 to July 16th 05:30 Beijing time. During this maintenance period, all Alipay services will be unavailable, primarily affecting customers in China who use Alipay for transactions. Customers are advised to use alternative payment methods such as PayPal, Moneybookers, or 2CheckOut for purchases. HostEase apologizes for any inconvenience caused and appreciates your understanding and continued support.
HostEase will perform a scheduled server upgrade on Thursday, June 24th, 2010, from 2:00 a.m. to 5:00 a.m. CDT. The 3-hour upgrade will impact both support and management systems. Live chat and ticket support will be unavailable during the first hour, but phone support will remain active. During the upgrade of the management system, customers will be unable to access the Manage Page for account management or product purchases, but hosting control panel access will remain functional. No impact on hosted websites is expected. The upgrade aims to improve system processing power, speed, and efficiency.
HostEase will perform an upgrade on the Customer Home system from 1:00 to 3:00 a.m. PST on January 21st. During this time, customer login and product ordering services will be unavailable. However, customers can still access their hosting accounts via cPanel at “yourdomainname/cpanel” and visit www.hostease.com. We appreciate your understanding during this maintenance period.
