Thirdly, you should confirm the link in your mailbox sent by the corresponding CA after we apply the certificate for you. However, the mail address is not a random address. This mail address should comply with the e-mail box in whois information of your domain. So you should cancel privacy protection if you have protected your domain information. Or you will not receive the confirm email. What’s more, if you don’t want to use this e-mail address, you can still build a new mail box with your domain name that will install SSL certificates as the suffix, such as admin@www.domainname.com or admin@domainname.com. You still can change admin into administrator, hostmaster, root, webmaster or postmaster. But make sure you have told this new email address and we will send the confirmation email to you again.

Fourthly, when we receive the confirmation from you, we will help you generate and install the certificates instantly.

Lastly, we will inform you after we finished installing the SSL certificates.
